The media will not be able to attend the training sessions.
The first exhibition games will take place on Tuesday, including the Canadian against the Maple Leafs.
The first round of the playoffs begins on Saturday, in a three-of-five format. The Habs will face the Pittsburgh Penguins.
The CH, Leafs, Winnipeg Jets, Edmonton Oilers, Calgary Flames and Vancouver Canucks all have to go through the first round.
The eastern clubs will be staying in Toronto, the western clubs in Edmonton. The last two rounds of the playoffs will take place in the Alberta capital.
